John Abraham trunk less in ‘Dostana 2’!: John Abraham’s butt-baring in Dostana became the talk of tinsel town, and now the man who dared to show him in his hottest avatar on screen is thinking of stripping the hunk off his trunks too. Ooh!

Tarun Mansukhani will begin work on Dostana 2 early next year.

The director was talking to a daily when he revealed how much under pressure he is for coming up with a more entertaining sequel; the fans of Dostana are eagerly waiting for it. For the sequel Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and John Abraham are finalized.

So, what to expect from the second part when first was so hot? John is immortalized as a sexy boy in yellow trunks ever since Dostana released. Tarun claims that the sequel will be bolder than the original and John will be seen sans his trunks.

Salman Khan and John Abraham are Pakkey Dost?: This reconciliation was long overdue. Salman Khan and John Abraham have not been on talking terms for years. Not anymore.

The thaw happened at Mehboob Studios where Salman had gone to meet Akshay Kumar and Sanjay Dutt on the sets of Rohit Dhawan’s directorial debut Desi Boyz which also stars John Abraham, Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh.

As Salman met with Akshay and Sanjay, he spotted John. From what he hear, John gave a disarming smile that made Salman smile back. The two walked toward each other, and to the surprise of everyone around, hugged.

This one gesture is all it took to end the long cold war that started more than four years ago during the ‘Rockstar’ concerts.

Reportedly, when John and Salman hugged, there was no awkwardness or discomfort between them. Everyone around heaved a sigh of relief and partied after that. John and Salman were then seen bonding over lunch.

Bollywood John Abraham is an Indian actor and model. After modeling for numerous advertisements and companies, Abraham made his film debut with Jism (2003), which earned him a Filmfare Best Debut Award nomination. This was followed by his first commercial success, Dhoom (2004). He received two Filmfare Award nominations, for his negative roles in Dhoom, and then in Zinda (2006). He later appeared in the major critical success Water (2005). In 2007, he was nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor for the film Baabul (2006).

John Abraham to serve 15 days jail!: Bollywood actor John Abraham was today sentenced to serve 15 days in jail by a Bandra court in a case of rash and negligent driving dating back to year 2006.

In April 2006, the actor had rammed his motor bike into a cycle, injuring two people in the accident.

Today, the verdict was pronounced and the actor was sentenced a jail term of 15 days. However, the actor was granted bail from the court.

John is a lover of motor bikes and has always professed safe driving. He has said that the accident that occurred in 2006 was ‘unfortunate’.

The actor will now head to Kolkata for Durga puja. After that he will get busy promoting his film Jhootha Hi Sahi.

John Abraham with Bipasha Basu at Durga Puja: Actor John Abraham will be with his girlfriend Bipasha Basu in Kolkata for the upcoming Durga Puja.

The Dostana star will be savouring 'puchkas' and visiting the pandals with Bipasha at Ballygunge, where she grew up.

“Yes, I will be celebrating Durga Puja in Kolkata. I had also stayed in Ballygunge for 9 years and I am very attached to that place,” said the actor who was in the capital to promote his upcoming flick Jhootha Hi Sahi.

Sadly, the actor, who is also a sports freak, couldn’t take out time for the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

“I had a very tight schedule and not much time to spend in Delhi, so I was not able to attend any of the Commonwealth events,” John said.

John said that like his character of a liar Sid in Jhootha Hi Sahi, he sometimes lies to Bipasha.

“If I lie it shows on my face. But I think white-lies are ok as long it does not hurt or harm someone,” said the actor.

'Jhootha Hi Sahi' John Abraham’s new film now release on 22 October

'Jhootha Hi Sahi' John Abraham’s new film now release on 22 October: The release of John Abraham’s upcoming film Jhootha Hi Sahi has been postponed by a week. The film was earlier supposed to release on October 15. Now it will hit the theatres on October 22.

The reason for the delay is that its music director A R Rahman requires more time to work on the film’s background score.

Director Abbas Tyrewala, who had Rahman for his first film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, is willing to wait for Rahman to finish his work rather than release the film with tacky background score.

Producer Madhu Mantena confirmed the delay, saying, “It's true that we've decided to release Jhootha Hi Sahi on the 22nd of October instead of the 15th of October. It's only good, as we will utilise this extra time in promoting our film.”

The film has John pairing with Pakhi, who is the wife of director Abbas Tyrewala.

So we understood his hesitation when male fans at the launch of the karaoke CD of his upcoming film Jhootha Hi Sahi demanded the actor to take off his shirt.

The event on Sunday saw a horde of male and female fans of John surrounding the actor. It was primarily the male fans who egged the actor on to strip.

“I am too shy for all this,” John replied but proceeded to unbutton his shirt.

The actor also joked with his male fans and said: “Already Abhishek ke saath ek Dostana bhari padh raha hai... aur kitno ko sambhaaloonga. (I am already burdened by my friendship with Abhishek Bachchan in Dostana. How many more will I handle?)”

John’s new nerdy look is for Tyrewala’s second directorial venture Jhootha Hi Sahi which introduces the director’s wife Pakhi.

In fact, John’s girlfriend Bipasha Basu has taken quite a liking to his new look.

“When Bipasha saw my look in the film, she said that if there is any director who has managed to break me down physically and in terms of a character on screen, it’s Abbas,” John told reporters at a bookstore in Mumbai to promote the film.

“She (Bipasha) completely loves my look. She said that this is the film I want to watch because it’s very unique, very fresh,” he added.

As a part of the promotion, John distributed the copies of Mahatma Gandhi’s autobiography ‘My Experiments With Truth’ at the bookstore.

Ironically, he plays a liar in the film.
