Revathy, the beautiful actress from Tamil industry has flashed her fragrance alover the Indian Films. Here is the new heroine samanta who is now titled  Second Revathy’ by Kollywood media.

samanta whose first film was released in Telugu as ‘Ye Maya Chesave,’ her first Tamil film ‘Baana Kaathadi’ was released few days ago in Tamil and now she is awaiting for the release of ‘Moscowin Kaveri,’ the second in Tamil whoch will be hitting the screens in no time.

As a result, samanta is now one of the hot and happening actresses inSouth with offers from several top banners knocking her door. Cinematographer Ravi Varman, ofcourse the director of ‘Moscowin Kaveri’ says that, samanta has the potential to make it big with a charming face and the right combination of homely and glam look, she is next Revathy.

About the Movie: The metro city of Kozhikode has created a number of eminent filmmakers in the past. Some of them who are currently known names in Mollywood are coming together for the first time for the movie titled as ‘Penpattanam’.
A movie based on the Kudumbashree projects and its feminist perspective, the movie will have a base story written by Renjith. Another Kozhikode based scriptwriter T A Razzaq translated it into a script to suit the screen while V M Vinu, the Calicut based director calls the shot for this movie.
‘Penpattanam’ which has started its shoot last week at Calicut will feature K P A C Lalitha, Revathy, Vishnu Priya and Shwetha Menon in the lead roles. The male support will be provided by Lal, Nedumudi Venu and Kailas, together with some eminent names of Calicut theatre field who will don other important characters of the movie. Sanjeev Shankar handles the camera while M G Sreekumar is in charge of the music department of ‘Penpattanam’.
